Selling houses is easy. I have no idea how the housing market has been in a slump for so long. With these easy steps you’ll be able to sell ANY house for at least Double it’s worth.

Step 1 is simple and common knowledge. Make sure the house is clean, renovated, and up to code. You wouldn’t believe the amount of properties I’ve seen where a cheap and simple paint job on the walls or cabinets could have sealed the deal.

Step 2 is the most important step. On the day of your open house, stage the home. As a rule of thumb for anything you do in life, know your audience.

When I say stage the home, I’m not talking about setting up a beautiful spread of cheeses and meats. Think to yourself what’s one thing EVERYONE loves… That’s right Lamborghini‘s.



Some people make additions to their homes like a “Mother in Law” Suite, think of it as an addition to the home with room for 2. You know your budget and your audience best, so if the Lambo doesn’t work out for you try a Porsche or even a nice Range Rover if you’re targeting families.




Step 3: If you house is worth more than the cost of your Lamborghini, Repeat step 2 as much as necessary.

Step 4: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION Does your house have a pool? Park your car near the pool. BOOM instantly the pool is worth more. What would knock the socks off of any buyer when checking out the home’s two car garage… TWO CARS!

So take it from me if you’re trying to make some money flipping homes, follow my 4 easy steps and you’ll be raking in the cash. Or don’t follow them, I have no idea what I’m talking about. I just like Lamborghini’s. 😛
