Especially with the new 911 getting ever more Aston-ish, I'd like to see Aston re-invent the DB9.

The V8 Vantage, and all it's derivatives, have done Aston well. However, I do believe they need to update the DB9 to distance itself further from the baby Aston. Sure it's got more power and a bit more comfort/space, but they are almost like two different sizes of the same idea.

Also, the V8 Vantage is so drop-dead gorgeous that the DB9 could really use a facelift. The DB9 is one of the most beautiful modern cars, but with the V8 Vantage in the stable, I'd like to see it updated a bit.

The VH architecture will be used in Astons for quite a while to come. It's cheap to alter and very flexible for creating new models, so the same basic Aston qualities will be apparent in the new model.
