Thanks guys, track ya sure. With 290 rwhp does Big Willow at 1:27.....I haven't been to the track with this 550 rwhp setup yet but I will and I'm sure there will be no other Lotus to come close for a long long time......

I'd still rather run the canyons all day..

1:27 at WSIR is pretty quick with 290rwhp !!

the car almost exactly set up as mine does around 1:33~34 range
with 210whp and 2800~2900lbs of weight....

I can't imagine how fast it would be with 550rwhp!

stunning car for sure man

for me canyons are way too scary.. lol

Cool car. I am intrigued by the compound charger set up and am considering embarking on a similar project.

Not looking for an argument or anything but 550 rwhp on pump gas seems hard to achieve. Assuming a 15% drivetrain loss then that is around 650 bhp, or 360 hp/liter. That seems high, especially with the additional load of the blower on the crank.

Sportbike acceleration with car grip. Sick, just sick.

And I'm with you, nothing beats a real road in the mountains. Bring that beast up to tahoe in the summer sometime and I'll show you around, we've got plenty of your type of roads.

Monitor pass is a great one, it just takes forever to get clear in the spring. Fond memories of that road, I had a 600rr and it was my first full season of riding. Went there with a friend who was into dual sports. I ripped down it and waited so long for him at the bottom I was thinking he crashed.

I also like highway 50 on the way to carson. Less twisty, more sweepers, 2 lanes and divided from the top all the way down into town. Turn right back around and head back to the lake. Thats about half an hour of bliss.
