My new C63 - loved, vandalized & repaired

I received my C63 in Jan. After an exhaustive search to find a great car that would fulfill my requirements for speed, comfort and "practicality" I decided on the new C63 and I have to say I still think it was a great decision.

A few weeks ago I decided to get some of the accents/trim painted. The day I was to bring it into the guys at ACG in San Diego to get painted my driver's side door was keyed by some cowered in a parking lot next to my gym. This person also had the audacity to leave me a note under my wiper chastising me for the way I parked and that I deserved to get my "nice car keyed." [FYI the parking lot was empty as it was 7am, on the passenger side was a cement pillar and to the left was my girlfriend's car, which was untouched]. I guess it was irony that it happened the day I brought it in to get painted.

Beyond that snafu, here are some pics of the work the guys at ACG did.

Here is all that was painted:
Chrome Grill - Black
Chrome Fog lamps - Black
Orange Side reflectors - Black
Scratched Driver's side door - repaired
Chrome Door trim - Black
Tail lights - Light smoke
Red Tail light borders and in between the red-white-red sections - Black
Chrome trunk accent - Black

One of my favorite cars. Probably my favorite sedan. Did you get the new performance package with it or the LSD???

car looks great. People keying cars for no reason really pisses me off.

flawless job on the painting i love the grill painted black while retaining the chrome on the emblem, a man who knows his mods nice work

Gorgeous. I have a white one and have a similar setup. I plan on de-chroming it and painting the grill black as well. i posted up a thread with pics a few pages back if you have some spare time and want to check it out

Again, excellent choice in mods. I wish i got mine in black :/
