These are GT3 Cup Heads with slightly larger valves. The ports have been slightly relieved. The exhaust ports have been ceramic coated.

Springs were designed and built by Performance Developments. They are matched and have titanium retainers.

I was asked earlier about the flow specs of these heads. Here is the information.

Flowed at 25” water. Inlet bell and Exhaust outlet used.

lift 0.050”, intake 52.3 cfm, exhaust 40.9 cfm

lift 0.100", intake 97.5 cfm, exhaust 92.2 cfm
lift 0.150", intake 144.0 cfm, exhaust 144.7 cfm
lift 0.200", intake 194.0 cfm, exhaust 179.2 cfm
lift 0.250", intake 237.6 cfm, exhaust 204.8 cfm
lift 0.300", intake 272.8 cfm, exhaust 225.3 cfm
lift 0.350", intake 297.3 cfm, exhaust 238.7 cfm
lift 0.400", intake 310.7 cfm, exhaust 250.9 cfm
lift 0.450", intake 320.9 cfm, exhaust 259.2 cfm
lift 0.500", intake 324.5 cfm, exhaust 266.2 cfm
lift 0.550", intake 327.2 cfm, exhaust 272.0 cfm

cfm = cubic feet per minute

note* With a normally asperated motor to find hp

cfm x .27 x number of cylinders

To find hp for turbo motor:

hp(using NA hp formula) x boost +1 Atmosphere

These are some valves that we first experimented with. We actually went through three sets before we settled on the valves below.

These valves are so large we were not able to source them from one manufacturer. We have the largest intakes that Forea makes and the largest exhaust Manley makes. These valves are Inconnell and are designed for both nitrous and top fuel usage. They are extremely light and ceramic coated on top and friction coated on the stems.

Note: stock Porsche 996tt valves are flat while we used concaved faces for hopefully better combustion.

Very special titanium rods. Between the weight taken off the crank, rods, pistons and flywheel, this motor is really going to rev up very fast.

KhanNSX is an unknown quantity at this point
I didn't realize this thread was being continued here, nice!

BTW, those premature pics of the widebody.. OH MY, I don't have the words, but I love it.

It seems like the finishing of this car should end in some magnificent manner. I have no idea what, but it should end up on Youtube.

KhanNSX,

I'll let another cat out of the bag. The motor is being set up for two fuels

a) gas 93 and 100 0ctane
b) 85% alcohol 15% gas .......... R85 (120 octane)
