Assuming it was not done on purpose, which I'm sure it was not, insurance will cover the damage, minus the deductible. There are no exclusions in auto policies that exclude coverage for not paying attention and running into wet concrete....

You would not believe the types of claims we get in my office. Some are just as crazy as this......
