except a 911 Turbo with some new taillights

and a slightly changed lower rear bumper + center lock wheels (which are optional)
This wouldn't make me change if i had an 07' or 08'

So from the looks of this picture the only changes are
- LED Tails
- Larger Exhaust
- Larger Mirrors
- Sleeker rear vents
- Center Locks

That looks like it...

I heard 500 hp on the Turbo, and 530 on the Turbo S
I was told this by one of Porsches test drivers
