Mighty Lambo Versus Evil Corvette at the Strip
On paper, these two equally insane machines may look like somewhat of a match. Both are performance icons machines from their respective countries, both are highly-modified, and both look menacing. But who will reach the finish line first?
The High Tech Corvette video below shows a gorgeous Lamborghini Gallardo tuned by the powerhouse that is Underground Racing, who are known for their ridiculously powerful builds. On the right lane, we have a record-holding Corvette ZO6 who could win on looks alone. Now, with both of these machine pumping out over 1,000 horsepower, victory could come down to driver reaction time.
The Lambo is outfitted with Italy’s finest high-revving V10 engine with a semi-automatic flappy-paddle gear box, while the Corvette seems to be equipped with a traditional manual gear box, which will make things a bit trickier for the black knight.
I won’t spoil the video for you, but all I can say is, I hope these guys upgraded their brakes like they did their engines, because it’ll certainly come in handy at those kind of speeds!
